To encourage me on my everlasting health kick I recently invested in a juicer (thanks for the tip lish) and I'm addicted (thanks again lish!)
If your like me and don't have time or just cant be bothered with even the idea of breakfast, get around the juicing craze. I actually wake up ten minutes early just to make one!
Stick to the basics like bananas and berries, but add super foods with no taste like kale and spinach to give you a super boost!
(pun intended)
I'm also favouring coconut water in place of juice or tap water. It's so good for you and gives your juice/smoothie a creamier flavour
